Testifii helps car dealerships collect video testimonials from their customers and show them on the dealership's own website. This page is for anyone who needs help with it.

Dealership staff

For help with the dashboard or the Testifii Capture app, use the form below and choose "General support". Include the dealership name, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Do not include passwords or unnecessary customer information.

Customers who recorded a testimonial

If you want your video taken down, use the form below and choose "Take my video down". Tell us your name and the dealership. You can also ask the dealership directly. Removal through Testifii does not erase copies independently saved or published outside Testifii.

Shoppers who filled in a form on a dealership website

Your enquiry went to the dealership, and they are the ones who will contact you. If you have a question about how Testifii handled your information, use the form below and choose "Privacy request".
